Registration for Fredericton Region Museum day camps is now open.  You may register between 10am to 4pm during weekdays at the Museum office (571 Queen Street) or by mail at PO Box 1312, Station A, Fredericton, NB E3B 5C8.

The museum will be operating six weeks of summer day camps offering children 8 to 11 years of age an opportunity to explore some of Fredericton’s special places and discover links to the City’s past.  Children will take daily trips to nearby locations and visit heritage gems that make Fredericton such a wonderful place to live.  With lots of time for creativity, campers will play traditional and contemporary games, construct crafts, explore the museum and make new friends.

It was a wonderful & unique opportunity for my child to immerse himself in the past.  Each day, he would come home with a slew of questions, “Dad, did you know …?”  Not only was he learning, he was retaining, all while having a fun time with the other youth at the camp.  He had such a good time; he went back for a second week.” [2014 Parent Review]
