The First World War education trunk features reproduction objects, archival records, and images documenting the war experiences of New Brunswick soldiers who served on the Western Front during the Great War of 1914 – 1918.

This resource guide provides suggestions on creative ways to celebrate and learn about your family’s heritage.  Designed for children aged 8 to 14, use the outlines included in this package, to collect information and research your family’s heritage.

Designed to complement Unit 1 of the Grade 6 Social Studies curriculum in New Brunswick, Suitcase Stories will lead students on a quest to discover the cultural identities of individuals living in Fredericton, and how this relates to the concept of material culture. Available June – October only.
