Earthquake Oct. 1935 felt throughout Can.
Mrs. Alice Gibson died suddenly Mon. Sep 30-35 [sic]
King George V died Jan 20.36. Buried Jan 28 36 [sic]
Fell on way to work Feb 19-36 broke 3 ribs
loafed till [sic] Mar. 23-36
Big flood March. 19-36 [sic].  R.R. Bridge went
out Thurs. night Mar. 19-36
Sandyville fire April 20-1918
Dr. Robertson & Mr. Scadding [sic] of Toronto,
entered Moose River Gold Mine at [sic] N.S. on
Easter Sun. night Apr 12-36. Were entombed
until Apr. 23, rescued & taken straight
to hospital in Halifax N.S. [sic]
